# Form on homepage
Add a form to your store's homepage in two steps: copy the code, paste it into the homepage template.
## 🔧 Steps

Open the form > click **Forms** > open the form you want to show

Click **Publish** button on the right corner

{% step %}
In **Which page type you want to display**, select **Homepage**

{% step %}
Copy the short code of the form > click **Add form** button > it directs you to theme editor

{% step %}
Add app block of the form app
In the theme editor, click **Add section** > select **Form Builder** app
{% endstep %}
{% step %}
Paste the form code (embedded code) to the content of app block
{% endstep %}
{% step %}
Drag and drop to change the position of the app block (the form) on the Homepage

{% step %}
Click **Save** to update the Theme editor
{% endstep %}
{% step %}
Go to front store to check the form on Homepage.
