# Turn on the app embed

Switch on the theme app embed so forms can appear on your storefront — one time for the whole store.

### Check the App Status

On the app's **Dashboard**, the **App Status** card reads **Deactivated**

⇒ It means the app embed is still not enabled on the live theme.

### Open the theme editor

Click the **Active** button > it directs to the theme editor

### Switch on App embed

* In the **App embeds** panel, turn on the **Powerful Contact Form Builder** toggle
* Click **Save** in the theme editor

### Confirm the status changed

Go back to the app's **Dashboard**. **App Status** now reads **Activated**.
